I wanted to share with you this simple and quick version for a holiday classic. this recipe is wonderful, because of it's simplicity. everyone loves it!

Let's start:

Prep time: 10 min.
Difficultysimple Servings: 1 jar

Ingredients:

     Instructions:
    1. Remove the seeds from the dates and cut them to halves.
    2. Place the dates, the lemon juice, and the pecans inside the hand blender and blend until smooth.
    3. Wash the apple and cut it into really small cubes ( if you don't like pieces in your spread , you can use a grater to grate the apple)
    4. Add the apple and the wine and mix well. 
    5. Enjoy!

     Variation - 

    I made a charoset filled pastry and it came out absolutely delicious.

    Soak rice paper in milk with a little maple and fill with charoset. roll to a circular shaped pastry and bake in high heat for 20 minutes. In the picture you can see a pastry I made , using 3 rice papers combined.
