I am a culinary and pastry chef that turned vegan in 2017, which was when I realized how excited and passionate I was to recreate my favorite dishes and desserts in their healthier vegan form, as well as creating new ones. After nearly three years of experimenting, I came up with recipes that felt just right. “Purple Wildflour” was founded in 2019, and I am hoping to share the f(L)avor.
