Vegan Garlic and Parsley Naan
I just love this bread! It goes with absolutely everything. The parsley and garlic add so much flavor and together with the soft and fluffy texture of the bread, it can't really get any better than that.
It is fairly easy to make. Like all yeast-based foods, it requires some resting time so prep time is about 2 hours but the work itself is minimal!
You can make the dough in the after noon and have a great flatbread ready for dinner. This flatbread is a nice complimentary addition to your main dish, whether you are eating your favorite curry, hummus or even soup
I'm a big fan of Yogurt, luckily the vegan brands that are available are deliciously beneficial. Most Vegan Yogurt brands, or even homemade vegan yogurt are made from plant milks and provide a good source of protein and live active cultures. The average unsweetened vegan yogurt offers nutritional benefits, such as protein, unsaturated fats, live active cultures, and a small amount of fiber.
I love using fresh parsley, I love it's smell, I love the taste and I love the benefits of fresh organic parsley - It is a low-calorie, nutrient-dense herb. It’s particularly rich in vitamins K, A, and C.

This recipe is fun, quick and delicious and for some reason it makes me think of this song, Black Hole Sun by Soundgarden (maybe the black hole reminds me of the black spots... who knows:))
