Vegan French Toast

Parisian Vegan French Toast

Vegan french toastAfter baking fresh challah for the weekend, I had some leftover challah slices.
For me, that means French toast . I have tried a few times to make French toast, but it was never the same as the eggy version.
This time, it was perfect! I absolutely loved this recipe. It is all you can want for a hearty breakfast.

So now, it is time to share it with you....Purple Wildflour Vegan Bakery

Ground Flaxseed
Flax seeds are one of my favorites egg-substitutions, they are rich in fiber, they are also packed with omega-3 chain fatty acids, which have proven health benefits. Flax seeds also have a large content of Lignins, whicmay reduce blood pressure, and may aid in weight loss.

Applesauce
Similarly to whole apples, applesauce is low in calories, fat, and salt. It contains some carbs and natural sugar, as well as small amounts of vitamins and minerals, including copper, B vitamins, and vitamins C and E.

I thought it would be nice to share with you the exact song that describes my feeling towards each recipe. That way you can have a similar experience while cooking...
